tess was very instrumental in the sale of our home.there were many special problems in our sale.first it was a short sale,then it was a standard sale.we were in the market to purchase a replacement home,so our purchase was contingent on the sale of our home.so tess had to work doubly hard to find us a home and make the sale of our home in pomona. it was a very difficult scenario but tess made it happen although it took a lot longer than we would have liked,but this was not the fault of century 21.we were very stressed during this phase since it took from june to october to complete the sale.tess stuck through it ,so for that we are extremely thankful.

Tess was highly knowledgeable and exceptional in all areas. Tess not only provided her recommendations based on her knowledge, but also educating me of the process, and connecting me to the right people who had the answers. Tess was very aggressive in getting this property sold - always providing timely updates and being on top of things to ensure necessary action was taken to avoid any hold up. For instance, Tess proactively confirmed an issue with the property ownership as it relates to a living trust that was not properly transferred. It did cause a delay in the sale of the property as court hearing was required to officially do the transfer of ownership, and before I can legally sell the property. If Tess had not discovered this issue early on, there would have been bigger problems later; further delaying the sale of the property. I also received multiple offers with much thanks to Tess' superb advertising and consistently ensuring the sale info was out there for potential buyers to see.

Tess went above and beyond in getting this property sold. There were obstacles along the way, but Tess helped me address those issues to sell the property.
